Who is responsible
PRODUCTLAPSE, LLC (registered in Delaware, United States) is responsible for collecting and processing your personal data through LeadMark.
Data we collect
- Email address (for sign-in and activating a plan).
- Professional biography data you submit.
- Profile photo and uploaded CV files.
- Payment transaction data via Stripe (we do not store card details).
- Usage and analytics data (via Vercel Analytics).
How we use data
- To operate the service and write and publish your page after you approve it.
- To contact you about your account and page status (operational notices).
- To improve the platform and user experience.
We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
Use of artificial intelligence
The platform uses AI (through providers such as OpenAI) to help draft editorial content for your leadership page. Your professional data (CV, title, achievements) may be sent to these services for generation only. Generated content is editorially reviewed before publishing.
Public vs private content
Data you choose to publish on your public page becomes available to search engines and any visitor. Fuller details are protected and shown only to signed-in users.
International transfers
Your data is stored and processed on servers in the United States (via Google Cloud / Firebase and Vercel). By using the platform you agree to that transfer and processing. We apply appropriate security measures in transit and at rest.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold.
- Request correction or updates.
- Request full deletion of your data and page (“right to be forgotten”).
- Unsubscribe from any non-operational email at any time.
- Receive a readable copy of your data.

Additional rights in Saudi Arabia
Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you may access, correct, or delete your data and object to processing. We respond to such requests in line with applicable law.

If you live in California, you may know what personal data we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal data.
Email (CAN-SPAM)
We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Messages include the sending company name and address. You may stop non-operational emails at any time by contacting us.
