Full refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not started using the AI biography generation service or uploaded materials.
Partial refund
If the biography has been generated but not published, you may request a partial refund minus the value of services already provided (generation and review).
No refund after publishing
After the page is published and approved by the platform, a refund is not available. You may request that the page be archived or hidden.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe, depending on the card-issuing bank.
