Humam Abdulaziz Hashem

Mr. Humam Abdulaziz Hashem is a prominent figure in the finance sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Kafalah Program for SME Financing. Humam earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1990, and since then, he has embarked on a career spanning over 24 years in various Saudi banks and financial institutions. During this period, Humam gained extensive experience in finance, risk management, and financial consulting, establishing himself as a distinguished expert in the field. Additionally, he served as an international consultant for Visa International, representing the Middle East and North Africa region, which added valuable international experience to his professional portfolio. Since joining the Kafalah Program in 2017, Humam has worked on enhancing and developing the program in line with the Kingdom's vision to support small and medium enterprises, with a particular focus on providing all means of success and growth for these enterprises. His contributions to this sector reflect his deep commitment to supporting the national economy and developing the business environment in the Kingdom, making him a leader in his field.
